Over the years I have used different methods for keeping track of fuel mileage. Recently, I became aware of a really cool website, Fuelly. I use the notes field to keep track of where I bought the gas. Simply download the app from the app store, logon with the same credentials you use on the web site and it gives you a very simple screen for entering your fuel up.
